Pool Leak Detection

Do you suspect your pool has a leak?

Well If you are continuously topping up with water at least once a week then you do. This is a sure telling sign.

Does your pool cleaner work for only a few minutes when you start up the pump and then completely stops? This is also one of the sure telling signs.

Most pool leaks can loose a fortune of water in no time. In one month you can lose over 50 000 liters of water which is a huge waste of water in today’s times of drought and El Nino weather.

If you suspect your pool is leaking do not try and find or fix it yourself. You have come to the right place. We are experts in the field of leak detection and repair. Save yourself the stress before you end up with a nightmare and a fortune of a water bill and a fly by night pool company that will take you for a ride.

We are experts in the field of pool leak detection and do reports for major insurance companies who only use reputable companies.

We also use the most up-to-date specialized equipment available that will detect exactly where the problem/s lie.

A single tap that drips one drop per second loses 981 liters per month.

Pool Heating Pumps

We do installations of all sizes of heat pumps

The most important thing about purchasing a pool heating is determining the correct size for your above ground pool. Determining the correct size will save you money as a pool heater with the correct amount of BTUs will limit the overall run time and reduce your electric bill throughout the season.

More importantly, throughout the colder months when you would like to use your heater the most, you will shorten the overall heat time of your pool and in turn also limit the amounts of electricity required to run the unit.

These pool heating heat pumps are designed to make you get the most enjoyment from your pool. With pool temperatures programmable up to 40°C you can swim all year around.

These heat pumps are compact, quiet, and very simple to install. It will provide you with many years of trouble-free pool heating.

Swimming Pool Renovations

Pool Renovations vary from a basic fiberglass pool re-linings to a complete change of pool shape. Most swimming pool renovations are re-vamping existing pools that are old and tired. New skimmer boxes, aim flows, underwater lights and piping are installed as well as new copings or paving. Swimming pool filters and other pool equipment are upgraded, if necessary, at the same time. From time to time, we are asked to change the shape of an existing pool completely. This we do by building one or two new walls inside the existing structure and re-locating the necessary fittings needed to make water circulation affective.

Most of the time the pool surface is finished off with a fiberglass pool lining which is the recommended method of sealing.

Pool renovations are chosen mainly for the following reasons:

  • The client wants space where the pool is for other reasons like building extensions.
  • The client wants a smaller or bigger pool to suit their family needs.
  • The pool they have does not suit the house renovation style they have done.
  • The pool is too deep or too shallow.
  • The pool is in the wrong position in their garden.
  • The pool is becoming problematic. For example:  it’s losing water, has hairline cracks around the top or something of that nature.
  • The pool is starting to cost money to maintain and is looking bad.
  • The client decides something needs to be done to sort out the basic problems and they might as well make a few changes to the pool at the same time.
  • Water features and solar heating are also often installed which many more people are opting for over more recent times.
